Details for spirit bear tour draw

The draw is for one participant for a 5-Day spirit bear trip at half the normal price.

Trip Date:  The half-price trip will be during the second or third week of September, 2018. The specific trip dates will be confirmed before the winner is announced.

Draw Date:  The contest closes at 11:59pm on January 31, 2018. The winner will be announced on February 1, 2018.

Eligibility: Everyone, except Tim’s closest friends and family.

What is the actual cost of the winning trip?

  • The full value of the trip is $3910 +5% GST (Canadian dollars)
  • The draw winner will pay just $1955 + 5% GST (Canadian dollars)
  • Included: All guiding, food, and lodging upon arrival in Hartley Bay
  • Not included: Travel to prince Rupert from Vancouver, hotels and meals in Prince Rupert and return fare for Hartley Bay ferry (approximate cost $1000)

If I book a trip in 2017 can I still enter in the draw?  Yes.  If you travel with us in 2017 and you win the draw, you can either join us again in 2018, or receive a retroactive refund of $1955 on your 2017 trip. Your choice.
